Our Ft. Lauderdale based client is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to architect and build their core software platform. This isn't a maintenance role—you'll be building from the ground up, making foundational technical decisions, and shipping production systems that directly impact operations, customer experience, and business growth. You'll work alongside the CTO, product managers, and operations leaders to build customer-facing applications, internal tools, AI-powered automation, and the data infrastructure that ties it all together.
