Principal Engineer – Salesforce

At OSB Group, we are continuing to invest in our technology platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our growth ambitions. We are recruiting a Principal Engineer – Salesforce to drive the development and evolution of our Salesforce-based CRM platform.

This is a pivotal role combining deep technical expertise in Salesforce with strong delivery capability. You will shape the engineering strategy and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions supporting key business domains including lending, savings, broker journeys, and customer servicing. Salesforce plays a central role in our customer platform, enabling seamless end-to-end journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and servicing.

The role can be based from our Wolverhampton, Chatham, or London office, with occasional travel between OSB Group locations.
