As a Principal Engineer, Platform Services you will be the primary contact for IT support, providing first and second-level assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage local IT incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution while configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Working with global IT teams, you will support system upgrades, patch management, and the deployment of new technologies. Additionally, you will monitor IT infrastructure, escalate critical issues, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
You will report to the Manager, Windows & Platform Services and be located at the Columbia, SC Facility. This is a hybrid role.
