Act as a line manager, mentoring staff, monitoring time‑keeping and conducting performance reviews.

Prepare technical specification sections and complete feasibility studies, adding value to designs.
Perform quality‑control reviews of design calculations and drawings, serving as Lead Verifier.
Provide specialized input to studies and designs within the engineer’s area of expertise and act as an in‑house expert on specific technologies or processes.
Develop solutions to complex issues using engineering methodologies and define new procedures when needed.
Evaluate, select, and apply standard industry techniques for work assignments.
