REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 11+ years 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Mendix (Expert Certified) Proven experience in large-scale Mendix implementations (multi-app, multi-geo, mission-critical programs) Deep expertise in Mendix application lifecycle management, cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Strong knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, GDPR, data compliance), performance optimization, and resilience design Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/ESB Experience establishing and scaling a Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and reusable component libraries Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CxOs, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Leaders Experience defining and enforci...
