Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a long‑established Chartered RIBA and CIAT architectural practice based in South Manchester. With a diverse client base spanning multiple sectors, the studio is known for its strong design culture and commitment to supporting their long-standing client base.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the practice is looking to appoint an experienced professional with exceptional knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the capability to work confidently on RIBA Stage 4 & 5 technical packages across Residential, Retail & Commercial sectors.

This role also includes undertaking responsibilities as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act — with CIAT accreditation in both fields considered a significant advantage.
