**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a **Principal Cyberspace Operations Analyst Trainer** to join our Suffolk, VA team in support of the Joint Staff J7, Joint Training, Deployable Training and Learning Division (DTLD). This role provides high-level observation, training, and feedback to Joint Force Commanders and their staffs, helping to improve the readiness and operational effectiveness of the current and future Joint Force across strategic and operational training events and exercises.

**An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.**

In this role, you will:

+ Act as a subject matter expert and trainer in cyberspace operations across joint, multinational, interagency, and globally integrated exercises and operations.
