This is a strong opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer who enjoys leading design, mentoring engineers and influencing project delivery.

You will be joining a respected civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering residential and commercial development projects across the South Coast. This Principal Civil Engineer role offers hands-on involvement in highways, drainage and SuDS design, alongside responsibility for client relationships, team development and project performance.
