Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage the overall operations of the centre, including student recruitment, marketing, publicity, and curriculum planning.
- Plan and coordinate special community events, excursions, parent engagement initiatives, and year‑end or graduation concerts.
- Develop and implement innovative projects in collaboration with community partners such as Residents’ Committees and primary schools.
- Participate in performance appraisals and ongoing professional development to support personal and career growth.
- Provide and receive constructive guidance on matters impacting overall school performance.
- Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate curriculum programmes and lesson plans in alignment with preschool’s vision, mission, and core values.
