Job Description
This role will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development (Corporate Strategy) and assisting in leading and overseeing strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transformation endeavours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A execution, strategic planning, and corporate development.
Lead and manage M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiation and implementation of transactions and subsequent implementation activity. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
