OneNexium is building an enterprise-grade AI platform that enables users to create, iterate on, and ship full-stack web applications through intelligent, tool-using AI agents. Our product promise is not conversational assistance — it is reliable execution: working previews, correct behavior, and completed outcomes under real production constraints.

We are seeking a Principal Agentic AI Harness Engineer to own the reliability, control, and execution layer that surrounds our AI agents. This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems engineering, agent orchestration, and production quality assurance.

You will be responsible for ensuring that agents do not merely describe work, but complete, verify, and deliver it — consistently, efficiently, and at scale.
