Principal Advisor, Ownership & Occupancy – Wellington (Preferred)

Permanent, full‑time. Supports the Manager in managing policy related to shared usage, joint investment, and shared ownership arrangements. Assists with management of one of the largest insurance programmes in the country, covering more than 15,000 school buildings. Supports the annual renewal process for MDBI and CW insurances. Manages other insurance and risk management arrangements and claims functions. Oversees external supplier contracted services ensuring school buildings remain safe and compliant, records Ministry's property rights, and manages easement requests. Works with other areas handling alternative property provision and tenure.
