The AWS Infrastructure Accounting organization is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Principal to lead a high-performing team and serve as a key business partner on the AWS Accounting Team. This role is central to strengthening controllership across the organization, with primary responsibility for managing and developing scalable financial controls and processes that simplify monthly reviews, enhance controllership rigor, and enable sustainable growth. You will partner closely with finance, accounting, tech and business teams to develop long-term strategies and drive new initiatives that support our mission, while working with key stakeholders and central teams to drive global standardization of metric and reporting definitions.
