 Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Teach pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

● Work with small groups of children or on a one to one basis to help them understand how to regulate their behaviour

● Work as part of a team who share an empathy for students with special educational needs

● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with Special Needs OR experience in a transferable industry; to include but not exclusive to: policing, armed forces, care, performing...
