Expect a Star is working closely with the Department of Education, independent and catholic schools, to support with their emergency Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) and Full-time needs. We are liaising directly with the School Principals to select and assign high quality Primary and Secondary generalist teachers when their needs arise. This vacancy is not and will not be the only vacancy that we are assisting with.
What you will do:
Deliver engaging lesson plans and activities, while maintaining a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour and uphold school expectations and policies.
Supervise students during transitions and designated duties as required, including playground supervision.
