Your new school
You will be joining a specialist Alternative Provision setting that supports primary-aged pupils with ASD and SEMH needs. The school offers a highly structured and therapeutic environment, with a strong focus on wellbeing, behaviour, and individual progress. With small class sizes and a collaborative staffing model, you will work closely with experienced support staff to provide consistent, high-quality provision for pupils who require a more bespoke approach to learning Your new role
You will take full class responsibility for a small group of 8 primary-aged pupils, supported by two Teaching Assistants. This is a full-time role starting in the Autumn term, where you will be expected to lead learning confidently and independently.
Your role will include:
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons
Leading the classroom with confidence, supported by two TAs
