+ Community Health Center proudly serves Connecticut's shoreline communities. Our Primary Care Providers have the opportunity to practice in scenic and diverse coastal locations including **Clinton, Groton, and New London** . These sites offer a unique blend of community engagement, accessibility to coastal living, and a strong connection to underserved populations.
