Position Overview
The Pricing & Sales Operations Manager will own the strategic pricing function, sales operations enablement, and sales forecasting for Casinetto's B2B and B2C channels as well as the Artisan Manufacturing, and all regional branches including UAE, KSA, and the upcoming Bahrain branch.
Your primary responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Management - Develop and maintain B2B, B2C, and manufacturing pricing policies, discount guidelines, and promotional strategies across UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
- Set and manage transfer prices for ingredients from Casinetto to Artisan Manufacturing
- Monitor margins at both raw material and finished goods level
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing segments in each market
- Implement approval workflows for special pricing requests
