The Role
The Multi Analytics Pricing Manager will manage a team of analysts whose aim is to find interesting information, segments, and details about our multi product and multi policy households. They will work closely with model, deployment, and commercial teams to transform that into actionable ideas for other teams to deploy.
What We Are Looking For
- Analytically focused – leveraging our data to identify opportunities to drive value.
- Commercially aware – ability to view how any changes would affect customers.
- Managing intelligence from discovery to live, collaborating with colleagues across the business.
- Insurance experience highly desirable (ideally Multi Product and/or Multi Policy brokerage), as well as understanding of the PCW market.
- Management and training of junior members of the team.
