Job Overview As an Analyst, Pricing at RXO, you will respond to customers and sales representatives who have pricing inquiries and provide accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like - Compile, review and execute appropriate pricing strategy; utilize internal and market tools to develop and submit pricing proposals
- Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO, upload rates to pricing database
- Act as liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams
- Work with carrier procurement and the customer sales team to understand market trends that will aid in the review of pricing proposals
- Quote sales team on new lanes when requested
- Maintain a basic understanding of market tools and market trends, including seasonality, industries and factors that impact rates
- Recommend and implement improvements
