**SUMMARY**

Responsible for providing friendly, helpful and efficient customer service to all Click and collect customers. Assist with the overall operation of click and collect, including: order staging/processing, and customer communication and delivery to vehicle. Adhere to all policies and procedures at all times.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Review orders in the staging area prior to delivery to ensure the correct number of bags Receives communication on upcoming deliveries and then executes friendly, helpful and efficient service bringing the bags to the vehicle as per the customers preference. Assist teammates with reducing shrink within the store, and specifically in the click and collect operation.
