POSITION TITLE:Preventive Maintenance Mechanic

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Under the supervision of the Buildings and Grounds Manager and/or the Preventative Maintenance Specialist, the Preventive Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the following:

+ Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) to all aspects of the physical plant equipment including but not limited to HVAC equipment, lighting systems, and plumbing components.

+ Provide support to the Operations Department in a variety of areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fabrication, and other general operational needs.

+ Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles used in the trade.
