Location: Columbiana, OH

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift: Swing or 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for one month)

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Overtime: May be required, including occasional Saturdays



Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications


• Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, die alignment) as needed


• Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment and operation


• Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and quality using measuring tools


• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of press machinery


• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns


• Regularly lift and move items up to 75 lbs...
