**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves setting up, programming, and operating an Amada press brake to perform complex sheet metal forming operations. You will interpret detailed blueprints and geometric tolerances, create and modify tooling setups, and ensure that all parts meet precise specifications. The position also includes mentoring junior operators, coordinating workflow and materials, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area in a machine shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, run, and operate an Amada press brake for a variety of sheet metal forming jobs.
+ Prepare and execute complex bend setups and forming operations using custom punch and die modifications in combination with other tooling.
+ Perform complex programming on the press brake, including bending at various angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays, and other advanced features.
