**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the EVP, Chief Philanthropy Officer, the VP President – Central Texas Foundation is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading philanthropic activities for the BSW Central Texas Foundation for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which may include capital campaigns, major gifts and annual giving, corporate and institutional giving, employee and board giving, endowment programs and planned giving, as well as related marketing strategies and donor communications programs. Responsible for obtaining new revenue funds for BSWH foundations through the acquisition of gifts, donations, and grants. Ensures that foundation philanthropy meets the needs of BSWH patients, hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care facilities, healthcare services, research, and education.
