- The representative of the Owner organizes the implementation of the Owner#39;s resolutions and decisions;
- Make decisions on issues concerning the company#39;s business activities;
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of the company#39;s business and investment plans;
- Negotiating and signing economic contracts on behalf of the company;
- Representing the company in dealings with foreign partners in the North American and Asian markets; Utilize existing relationships to create a database of customers who are North American and Asian businesses looking to expand their market;
- To serve as the focal point for establishing the company#39;s membership or strategic partnership with other trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, such as Amcham, Icham, and Cancham;
