ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine the requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from local regulatory agencies right from the startWork closely with agencies to meet requirementsMentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competenciesProvide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectivesPrepare budget and control budget expendituresCollect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchasesKeep adequate records of income and expendituresPrepare monthly reports for the board and senior management JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership is a mustDegree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageousMinimum 3 years...
