Roles & Responsibilities - Plan and conduct lessons according to school curriculum
- Prepare developmentally and age appropriate teaching aids
- Monitor progress and development of children
- Create a warm, secure and orderly environment with clear rules & routine
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of children
- Carry out routine care duties
- Complete regular progress and Parent Teacher Conference reports in a timely manner
Requirements - Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with work experience in preschool settings
- Montessori certification or experience working in Montessori schools will be an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and creative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
