Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Preschool Floater Teacher provides quality care to children in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. Works flexibly within the daily schedule to anticipate and respond to the needs of the Center including, but not limited to, staff coverage in classrooms, clerical assistance, cleaning duties, and food preparation. Understands and implements naturalistic intervention strategies to assist children with special needs. Ensures that the center meets or exceeds governing regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent (diploma and/or transcripts must be provided)
1 year of experience
BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by American Heart Association
First Aid Certificate
CA Driverβs License
Proof of Auto Insurance
12 units in Child Development: 3 units in Child, Family and Community, 3 units in Child Development 101, 3 units in Curriculum, and...
