Responsibilities
- Establish strategies to engender a culture of mentoring, coaching and capability development within the center
- Lead the development of improvements on systems, processes and operations
- Manage the budget for day-to-day operations in the center
- Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuous learning within the center
- Align children engagement strategies in accordance with center policies
- Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector
- Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders within the center
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education and possess Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing preschool centers.
