The Preschool Assistant works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and children with special needs. Preschool assistants collaborate with school professionals and other staff to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

In this role, the Preschool Assistant will:

+ Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.
+ Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.
+ Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
+ Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
+ **Minimum 6 ECE units required**
+ Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred
+ Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes
