Position Overview
1. Role Purpose
The Presales Engineer supports the sales team in positioning and selling Enterprise Networking solutions (e.g. switching, routing, WLAN, SD-WAN, basic network security) and assists on entry-to-mid complexity Systems opportunities (e.g. servers, virtualization, storage, backup, basic cloud). He/she will be responsible for technical qualification, solution design support, proposal development, and demos/POCs, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately translated into feasible, competitive solutions in collaboration with senior presales and delivery teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Opportunity Support
. Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements, business drivers, and technical environments.
