Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced
Presales Engineer
to lead and execute technical presales activities for Voice AI, Contact Center and CX across the APAC region. In this role, you'll act as the regional subjectmatter expert, partnering closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to drive solution alignment and technical validation throughout the sales cycle. You'll take handson ownership of demos and Proofs of Concepts, enable partners through training and guidance, and collaborate crossfunctionally with Product and Engineering teams to bring market and customer insights back into the roadmap—helping translate innovation into measurable business growth.
