Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity products, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept setups for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and position solutions that align with customer IT/Security requirements.
- Engage in solution selling and work with vendors on business proposals, RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
- Conduct lab tests to validate setups and deployments while staying updated on competitive solutions and products.
- Deliver training for partners and internal teams, provide product updates, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree /Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of pre-sales experience in the enterprise or government sector.
