Role: Senior Presales Consultant Location preferred: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Presales & Solutioning • Engage with clients to understand business requirements, current IT landscape, and transformation objectives. • Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions (Managed Services, IaaS, PaaS, automation, migration, modernization, monitoring, security, etc.) by leveraging the best of modern tech (AI – Agentic/Generative etc) • Lead ServiceNow solutioning for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, discovery, and automation capabilities, integrated into overall cloud/infrastructure offerings. • Create solution design, effort estimates, and pricing models aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities. • Build and deliver customer presentations, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and workshops. • Collaborate with internal practice leaders and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
