Create, review, maintain and amend Alchemist in QAD
Support in troubleshooting tooling, process &specification related issues in a customer complaint investigation
Review and revise internal production specificationsagainst customers’ specifications for any new /amendment artwork change
To communicate with Customer Service team / customersand able to clarify and interpret the new artwork requirements and instructions
