POSITION SUMMARY:

The PrEP/PEP Navigator will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening low-barrier access to HIV prevention services, specifically pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), among priority populations disproportionately impacted by HIV in Fresno and surrounding regions. This person will provide education, resources, and personalized assistance to ensure clients have access to necessary healthcare services and support throughout their PrEP journey. This position will provide individualized client navigation, benefits counseling, linkage to medical care, PrEP/PEP adherence support, and coordination of social and supportive services.
