Position Summary: Each prep cook's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.
Skills and Abilities: - Organize preparation of food items
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes
- Ensure proper size and weight of food
- Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment
