We’re looking for experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world. This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven experience selling luxury watches. You’ll need strong product knowledge, confidence with premium and Swiss watch brands, and the ability to guide guests through a considered, high-value purchase with expertise and care.

Working at sea is very different from working on the high street. You’ll live and work onboard, become part of a close-knit team, and have the opportunity to develop guest relationships across the cruise. Some guests may buy in the moment.
