Position Overview
The Role:
The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Premium Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing coordinator will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing coordinator will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
+ Working with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule both new hire orientation and retraining classes.
+ Maintain training logs.
+ Partnering with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
+ Developing and executing detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules staff
+ Critical on-site support during events / real-time deployment changes
+ Answer phones.
