Job Overview

The Premium Services Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and teardown of catering events and field functions. They elevate service standards, manage catering staff, and oversee inventory, payroll, and beverage programs to host exceptional experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by coordinating catering functions in accordance with Sodexo Live! standards and Banquet Event Orders.
