The Business Exchange is seeking a highly organised, administration-focused and service-driven Reception & Office Administrator to manage daily operations for one of our premium business centres. This role ensures a world-class experience for tenants, visitors, and clients.
The successful candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, client engagement, and administrative duties, as well as coordinating with cleaning staff to maintain high presentation standards.
A minimum of 6β10 yearsβ experience in office administration or similar roles is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
