They are currently seeking a reliable Premises Officer to join their team on a 3-month agency basis, supporting day-to-day site operations during a busy period.

Your new role

As a Premises Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the premises. This is a hands-on role with a varied workload, where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing the site, ensuring security protocols are followed

Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs ( fixtures, fittings, furniture)

Conducting regular health and safety checks and reporting any issues

Assisting with room setups and moving equipment/furniture as required
