Premier Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Premier Relationship Manager .

Responsibilities include:

• Customer‑facing role managing highest value customers with professionalism, customer focus and a broad understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
• Acquiring, cross‑selling and retaining a portfolio of Premier customers, working with branch and direct teams to ensure business performance measures and plans are achieved.
• Active management of a Premier portfolio, completing full reviews to establish and address immediate and future financial requirements.
• Acquiring new HSBC customers and upgrading existing HSBC customers to Premier – becoming the trusted adviser to that portfolio.
• Reviewing the portfolio to identify cross‑selling opportunities and embed customer loyalty by meeting their needs.
