The Preconstruction Executive will be an integral member of the team on a daily and weekly basis, attend or delegate attendance at all pertinent meetings, and become the go to resource, which ensures cost and constructability considerations become an integral part of all design decisions and ensure no surprises in the areas of cost, schedule, and quality. It is inherent that the Preconstruction Executive is recognized by the entire team as someone who adds true value to the process so they actively seek out the advice and concurrence of the Preconstruction Executive.

This is a San Jose office-based position and intermittent travel to the Sacramento and Reno offices to support those teams is required.
