Opportunity Snapshot
- Role: Direct‑hire CNC technician openings across Pennsylvania production and job‑shop sites
- Industries: Aerospace, marine, medical device, nuclear/power
- Compensation: $25–$40/hour (direct hire)
- Shifts: 1st (Mon–Fri) and 2nd (Mon–Fri) with OT availability
- Equipment Families: Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Mazak, and additional leading brands
Core Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi‑axis machinery
- Interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and GD&T to produce in‑tolerance parts
- Machine a variety of metals with appropriate tooling and feeds/speeds
- Inspect parts with CMMs, micrometers, depth gages, and related instruments
