We are seeking a customer-oriented, responsible individual to join our service team full-time in a Precision Ag & Product Optimization role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair of precision ag and technology products both on-site and over the phone. May include mechanical work when necessary
• Training of parts, sales, and service teams on precision ag technology, as well as customer training and clinics
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends
• The sale and installation of precision ag products and technology
• Assisting the sales team with equipment demos and customer start-ups
