This role is about orchestration: ensuring the right tools, data, and materials are in place; managing the global pre‑sales backlog; and partnering with leadership to move strategic opportunities from intent to signature: efficiently and with discipline. The position aligns to Eastern Standard Time (EST, US East Coast). 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Serve as the central coordinator for pre‑sales: proposal creation, contract development, deal modelling/pricing, and data management.

Support Sales and Account Managers in building account plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns.
