We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Contact Center technologies, customer experience (CX) solutions, and enterprise communications platforms. The candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, and technology partners to design, present and position Contact Center solutions based on platforms such as Avaya and Cisco. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, business and consulting skills to support solution design, customer presentations, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
