Responsibilities Need to execute duties accurately with the necessary speed to ensure targets are reached. 99% accuracy needed. In case of a mistake, the pharmacist must be alerted. When packing on average 500 labels must be done daily, for printing at least 50 batches printed and when transferring at least 3 full pallets daily. Housekeeping during the day. Working area must be kept clean and safe, also the common area. Housekeeping audits must be passed. Willing to assist in Production, if need be, or willing to work overtime. Must have helped without complaining at least 5 times in other departments or with overtime during a 6-month period. Must be reliable. Must not be late more than 6 times in 6 months with a good attendance record and leave management. Must have good time management with daily 8 working hours as seen on horizontal TNA reports.
